At Dragon's Lotls and Lizards, we specialize in rare and unique captive-bred reptiles and axolotls. Because of the sensitive nature of live animals and the risks associated with transit, all sales of reptiles and axolotls are final and are not eligible for return. This policy is in place to prioritize the health and safety of our animals, as we cannot guarantee their well-being once they have left our facility and entered a new environment.
While we do not accept returns on live animals, your satisfaction and the health of your new pet are our top priorities. If your animal arrives in poor condition or if there is an issue with your order, please refer to our Shipping Policy page for details regarding our Live Arrival Guarantee and DOA Policy. These policies outline the specific steps required to receive a credit or replacement in the event of a shipping issue.
