We are offering unsexed juveniles that are at least two months old and well-established. These juveniles are currently feeding on fruit flies and prepared gecko diet. At this stage, all juveniles display a similar dull light green or brown coloration. It is important to note that they cannot be accurately sexed until they are approximately 6-8 months old, at which point they can be identified by their developing color or their femoral pores.

The electric blue day gecko is widely considered one of the most vibrantly colored day geckos in the world. As they reach maturity, males develop a stunning, bright blue coloration, while females typically range from brown to a light blue or green hue. Because of their small size and striking appearance, they are highly prized in the reptile hobby. They are active, diurnal lizards that spend their day climbing and basking, making them excellent candidates for a naturalistic display.

These small geckos grow to a maximum length of only about 3 inches, making them a very manageable size for keepers who may not have space for a large enclosure. For a single gecko, we recommend a minimum of a 12x12x18-inch bioactive terrarium. If you intend to keep a pair, a larger enclosure is recommended to provide sufficient territory and climbing surfaces. Their bold behavior and intense colors make them a standout addition to any tropical planted setup.
