Juveniles will be at least two months old and well established. Feeding on fruit flies and prepared gecko diet.
Mourning geckos (Lepidodactylus lugubris) are one of the easiest to keep geckos but also one of the most interesting. They are all females! They are a parthenogenetic species, so females lay fertilized eggs and their offspring are little clones of the parent. Adult size is just shy of 4" long.
There is slight variation between these geckos as far as coloration - all are a shade of tan to brown with a varying pattern. Their color can shift quite a bit depending on the time of day and mood. These geckos do best in groups as they are very social and get along in a communal setting very well. They can also be housed with dart frogs with great success.

We ship live axolotl orders on Monday through Wednesday of each week. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship one week later to allow for proper fasting before shipping.
Two-day shipping does not include a Live Guarantee and we strongly suggest choosing Overnight Shipping at checkout.
Geckos are only available to ship FedEx or UPS overnight. It is preferred to ship to a FedEx or UPS customer center to avoid being on a delivery truck in unpredictable temperatures. All geckos have a flat rate shipping cost of $65.
You must be available to accept the shipment upon arrival as we can not provide a Live Guarantee if the shipment is left outside.
